Manpower is currently hiring packaging line workers and general laborers on multiple shifts in Sparta, WI. Full time positions. Temp to hire opportunity where client is looking for employees to take on permanent jobs after showing their great attendance and work ethic. Job Title : Packaging Line and General Laborers

Location : Sparta, WI

Pay Rate : $19.35

What's the job?

Learn equipment and perform the PDC, Case Packer, Depalletize and Palletize, as requested by Supervisor. Maintain an acceptable standard of output and quality from assigned equipment. Tear down, set up and operate equipment in an efficient and safe manner. Verify correct product and packaging specifications for each production run. Assist in areas when needed to keep line running efficiently.

Communicate with line personnel on a regular basis to maintain line efficiency.

Log equipment downtime and assist in line changeovers.

What's Needed?

• Ability to work in a dusty atmosphere.

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs throughout shift.

• Great attendance and work ethic.

Shift Details:

• PM Shift - 3-2-2 schedule 6:00pm - 6:00am

Or

• Sunday – Thursday 10pm – 6am, OT on Friday as needed.
