Adecco US, Inc. Warehouse Administrative Assistant in Sparrows Point, Maryland

Administrative Assistant

Monday through Friday- 6am - 3pm with an hour lunch.

Responsibilities:

• Employee recognition programs and events

• Maintenance of employee records

• On-boarding processes

• Reporting and analysis of ad-hoc requests

• New employee onboarding

• SAP data input

• Various employee communications

• Other related projects as needed or assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

• Strong organizational skills

• Previous experience in HR or related field

*Must have at least 1 year of sit down Forklift experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience preparing and presenting training materials.

• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment in dealing with all levels of employees.

• Experience identifying problems and recommending/implementing solutions.

• Demonstrated experience reading and understanding detailed/complex documents and instructions

• Strong customer service focus, flexibility, and adaptability to change

• Results-focused with ability to self-motivate and work under limited supervision

• Demonstrated experience working effectively and accurately in a high volume, fast paced environment

• Ability to work independently on detailed projects and special programs

• Ability to influence and provide guidance to leadership in a principle-based environment

• SAP or similar ERP system experience.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
