Adecco US, Inc. Japanese Translator in Sparks, Nevada

Adecco is currently assisting a great client in their search for a Japanese Translator in Sparks, NV. Must be local to the area.

Type: 40hrs/wk. Contract

Start Date: Within two to three weeks.

Location: Intersect of Electric Avenue and Clark Sta. Road in Sparks, NV. Please make sure this commute works for you prior to applying.

Pay: $37.31 to $ 37.31/hr

Length: Long Term

Hours : 7am to 4pm; M-F

PLEASE NOTE: This is onsite, in-office position. No other options available.

Responsibilities for the Japanese Translator role include:

· Interpret between Japanese expats and local staff.

· Provide interpretation for various onsite meetings as wells as telephone and web conferences.

· Translate technical and non-technical documents including policies, instructions and manuals when necessary.

· Compose and translate emails, reports etc.

· Required to translate both Japanese to English and English to Japanese.

Qualifications for this Japanese Translator role:

  • Completed High School Diploma or GED.

  • Must have excellent attendance.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • Written and verbal fluency in Japanese and English, excellent communication and writing skills.

  • Japanese/ English business language skills.

  • Translator / interpreter experience in a business/ technical environment, manufacturing industry preferred.

  • Ability to translate quickly and accurately.

  • Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English.

Pay Details: $37.31 per hour
