SUMMARY:
TheEngineer Iis responsible for maintaining and repairing all equipment on property, seeking an individual with expertise in repairing kitchen and bar equipment.
MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be capable of maintaining and repairing kitchen equipment, refrigeration, air conditioner units, as well as general casino repairs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Report to work timely, in proper uniform and maintain appearance standard throughout the assigned shift.
- Must be capable of maintaining and repairing kitchen equipment, air conditioner units, as well as general casino repairs.
- Have basic knowledge of the following skills:
- Work efficiently and safely with all hand and power tools.
- Ability to establish and follow effective maintenance schedules.
- Equipment installation.
- To ensure the reliability of back up equipment for emergency use.
- Ability to work around electrical, water and gas feed lines.
- Ability to trouble shoot and complete minor repairs as needed.
- Ability to perform minor demolition projects.
- Respond promptly to the needs of management and the property.
- Maintain a constant awareness of safety problems and report unsafe conditions and exposure of shift supervisor.
- Attend and successfully complete all internal training courses and requirements.
- Ability to work with the following physical demands:
- Stand, walk and bend for long periods of time.
- Be able to consistently lift fifty pounds.
- Ability to climb ladders.
- Ability to work in elevations.
- Ability to maneuver safely on the catwalk.
- Demonstrate ability to deal effectively with all department management and staff.
- May be required to work at other locations.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
