MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Standard computer / technology skills needed
- Professional verbal / written communication skills
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
- Customer service background preferred
- Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift and in all weather conditions
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be comfortable conducting access control duties
- Reliable transportation - site not accessible by bus
- Active PILB card or ability to obtain one
All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check
