Our client, a global medical manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Technician, you will be part of the maintenance team supporting the manufacturing department. The ideal candidate will have experience in and FDA regulated environment, demonstrated solid communication skills, and be reliable which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Sparks Glencoe, MD

Pay Range: $34.10/hr

What’s the Job?

  • Performs routine set up, operation, minor and major routine maintenance, preventative maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting of highly complex/automated manufacturing equipment. Controls and adjusts machine settings

  • Responsible for preventive maintenance scheduling, completion of work orders and tasks as assigned

  • Supports installation and removal of equipment, and performance of required corrective maintenance

  • Ensures accurate documentation of all relevant quality, safety and maintenance documents

What’s Needed?

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Previous experience in a control environment (ie. cosmetics, foods, medical manufacturing)

  • Awareness of FDA and ISO regulations

  • Demonstrated the ability to follow established procedures according to GMP (Good manufacturing Practices)
