The Merchandise Processor facilitates moving products throughout a distribution center by working in areas such as e-commerce, repack, automated storage and retrieval system, metro e-commerce center, reverse logistics center, or returns. Their responsibilities include making sure our assets are in perfect condition for our customers while contributing to a safe and clean work environment.

Drives a positive customer experience by building relationships and providing solutions to their needs.
Retrieves merchandise to fulfill customer and store orders.
Scans barcodes and processes merchandise by moving it to proper areas.
Fulfills online orders by locating, packing, and shipping products to customers or Best Buy locations.
Maintains clean work area by removing empty pallets, sweeping, and cleaning up boxes and other debris.
Triages products for functionality and assesses their visible condition to determine resale eligibility.
Wipes data from devices by utilizing approved tools and processes.
Cleans and replaces product components including faceplates, headphone tips, camera lenses, chargers, and other approved components.
Records triage findings in internal processing systems for sale listings.
