Formação

  • Curso superior preferencialmente em áreas de TI, Engenharia e Processos

  • Inglês nível intermediário

  • Pacote Office intermediário

Experiência Necessária

  • Experiência com aplicações cloud de CRM, ticket management, order management, OSS

  • Experiência em implementação de projetos

  • Experiência em mapeamento de processos, fluxos e requisitos de negócios

  • Experiência no desenvolvimento de desenhos de solução, especificações técnicas e arquitetura de aplicações

  • Experiência na configuração de interfaces e camada de integrações (APIs REST e SOAP)

Responsibilities

Conhecimento Técnico Necessário

  • Conhecimento intermediário de BI, Analytcs, Banco de Dados

  • Conhecimento intermediário de redes IP, firewall, rotas e infraestrutura básica

  • Conhecimento intermediário sobre criptografias e segurança da informação

Experiências e conhecimentos considerados diferenciais

  • Experiência com produtos de CRM, field service, work force management, ticket management, order management, OSS

  • Idioma Espanhol

  • Conhecimento básico de linguagens de programação (PHP, C#, java, Javascript, python, HTML, CSS, Node.js etc.)

  • Experiência com sistemas de integração / middleware

  • Conhecimentos de aplicações Oracle (Oacle Field Service, Oracle Service Cloud, Rightnow, etc.)

  • Gestão de conflitos

  • Gerenciamento de tempo

  • Comunicação assertiva

  • Desenvolvimento e apresentação de reuniões, treinamentos, workshops
