Experiência Necessária
Experiência com aplicações cloud de CRM, ticket management, order management, OSS
Experiência em implementação de projetos
Experiência em mapeamento de processos, fluxos e requisitos de negócios
Experiência no desenvolvimento de desenhos de solução, especificações técnicas e arquitetura de aplicações
Experiência na configuração de interfaces e camada de integrações (APIs REST e SOAP)
Career Level - IC2
Responsibilities
Conhecimento Técnico Necessário
Conhecimento intermediário de BI, Analytcs, Banco de Dados
Conhecimento intermediário de redes IP, firewall, rotas e infraestrutura básica
Conhecimento intermediário sobre criptografias e segurança da informação
Experiências e conhecimentos considerados diferenciais
Experiência com produtos de CRM, field service, work force management, ticket management, order management, OSS
Idioma Espanhol
Conhecimento básico de linguagens de programação (PHP, C#, java, Javascript, python, HTML, CSS, Node.js etc.)
Experiência com sistemas de integração / middleware
Conhecimentos de aplicações Oracle (Oacle Field Service, Oracle Service Cloud, Rightnow, etc.)
