OVERVIEW


As a Marketing Coordinator you'll assist with marketing programs and campaigns including digital and print advertising, lead generation, public relations, website and social media, promotions and incentives, customer communications and resort-level activities.


JOB DUTIES





+ Coordinate and implement marketing activities supporting region including digital and print advertising, public relations, website and social media, promotions and incentives, customer communications and resort-level activities.



+ Ensure marketing initiatives are tracked and implemented within established timelines.



+ Coordinate, collate content and visuals, and track initiatives.



+ Communicate with Resort Managers and Marketing team to ensure all materials are correctly branded and aligned with Sun RV brand standards and business rules.



+ Utilize brand approved templates to create marketing communications, flyers, brochures, print/digital assets, emails and newsletters.



+ Support region's web and social media programs; manage social media and resort web pages utilizing tools and processes outlined by Marketing.



+ Collect and coordinate marketing requests from resorts in assigned region.



+ Collaborate with RV Marketing Manager and Marketing to prioritize and align initiatives with the marketing plan, available budgets, programs and timelines.



+ Collaborate with Main Office team to execute on regional activities to support trade shows, open houses or other regional and resort level activities.



+ Oversee creation and execution of direct mail campaigns for region.



+ Ensure project assignments are completed on time and within budget.



+ Coordinate updates and attend marketing meetings, take notes and distribute to all attendees.



+ Coordinate promotional programs including third party vendors (i.e. Groupon).



+ Collaborate with Main Office team to update resort information and ensure resort photos and content is accurately represented on external booking websites.



+ Collect necessary information and approvals to complete campaign promotional request forms.



+ Utilize approved systems to enable campaign tracking to include promotion telephone numbers, and email addresses.



+ Other duties and special projects as assigned.





REQUIREMENTS





+ Associate's degree in Marketing, OR equivalent education and experience



+ 1-3 years marketing experience, including advertising and/or market communication



+ 1-3 years web content management system experience; Word Press experience, preferred



+ Prior graphic design experience, a plus



+ Prior experience managing social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram



+ Demonstrated experience in marketing production, printing, and publishing procedures & standards



+ Knowledge of print specifics, page layout and photographic requirements



+ Experience with web development and design, HTML, CSS and JavaScript, preferred



+ Experience with InDesign, Photoshop, Salesforce and Adobe, preferred



+ Excellent verbal & written communication skills



+ Stro ng attention to detail, organizational and multitasking skills



+ Flexibility to quickly shift priorities based on business demands
