Pinehurst Toyota Automotive Warranty Administrator in Southern Pines, North Carolina

Job Summary: The Automotive Warranty Administrator at Pinehurst Toyota in Southern Pines, North Carolina, is a full-time hourly administrative position within the automotive industry. This individual contributor role is responsible for managing and administering all aspects of vehicle warranties, including processing warranty claims, documentation, and communication with manufacturers and customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of automotive warranty processes. Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $20 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, the employee will be eligible for various benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and employee discounts. Responsibilities: • Process warranty claims for new and used vehicles, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documentation. • Communicate with manufacturers and customers to resolve any issues or discrepancies with warranty claims. • Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and associated documentation. • Monitor and track warranty submissions, approvals, and payments. • Work closely with the service and parts departments to ensure proper handling and filing of warranty claims. • Stay updated on all manufacturer warranty policies and procedures. • Prepare and submit required reports to management on warranty claim activity. • Assist with training and educating other dealership employees on warranty policies and procedures. • Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by the management team. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent. • At least 1-2 years of experience in automotive warranty administration. • Familiarity with warranty claim processing and documentation. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software. • Knowledge of dealership management systems is a plus.
