Location: Waterbury, Connecticut
Hours: Tuesday & Thursday, 8:45 AM - 1:45 PM
Salary: $21.63 / hour

Responsibilities:
Deliver on-site vocational supports and guidance to individuals with disabilities at their job sites.
Assist with job tasks, ensure smooth workplace integration, and address any challenges that arise.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance job performance and satisfaction, drawing on your expertise in psychology.
Collaborate with employers and clients to foster a supportive work environment.
Maintain detailed records of interactions, progress, and outcomes to ensure effective employment support.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree required.
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
S trong passion for human services, psychology, and advocacy for individuals with disabilities.
Previous experience in vocational suppor ts or related fields is a plus.
