Dr. Benjamin L. Hooks Job Corps Center Evening Learning Coordinator / MBEVE001118 in Southaven, Mississippi
This Position is for an Evening Program Coordinator with a job corps agency located in Memphis, TN. Reports to Operations Director.
General Function: Coordinate all aspects of the evening academic program including volunteers and tutors. Provide support and assistance to the Academic Manager.
Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelors Degree and current teaching license is required, preferably at the second/adult level; Some teaching/educational experience desirable; Advanced degree highly desired; Experience with at risk or disadvantaged youth is highly preferred; A State Teacher Certification is required in the State where the Job Corps Center is located; A valid Regular Driver License is required.
Normal work schedule: Monday thru Friday 11:00am --7:00 pm, OFF Saturday & Sunday
