• Supports study participants over phone and email through inbound and outbound activity.

• Assists in participant enrollment and consent.

• Performs technical troubleshooting for participants and medical professionals.

Experience Required for Your Success

• Must have Bachelor's degree.

• 2 years supporting clinical studies/interacting with patients in trials.
