Front Desk Attendant - South San Francisco, CA

On-call/as-needed/substitute

HealthFitness is looking for a Front Desk Attendant to join the team at our corporate client site located in South San Francisco, CA. In this position, you will greet, check-in and assist customers; provide program information, services, membership and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.

This position is as-needed, covering for regular staff when they are unable to work at the front desk.

What you'll need to have

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Previous customer service experience a plus.

  • Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.

  • Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Pay rate for this role is $15.00 - $17.25/hr, based on experience.
