Rihm Kenworth Truck Sales Representative in South Saint Paul, Minnesota

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities Secures orders and conducts surveys of assigned territory/segment Studies product population, locates new prospects and determines prospects needs Plans sales calls, makes presentations, points out FABs of product and emphasizes all of the advantages of doing business with all Rihm Kenworth departments Helps customers solve problems, provides technical assistance and guidance as needed and informs customers on new product developments Follows and maintains appropriate office and company procedures, policies, and etiquette Effectively establishes and maintains relationships with customers Resolves any customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner Participates in and assists at exhibits, demonstrations, and meetings Keeps current with factory, vendor and competition new product and communicates to internal team as needed Maintains call records, follows up on leads, contract lettings and inquiries, and makes this information available to management through compliant use of CRM Advises management of all changes in assigned territory/segment which can affect Rihm Kenworth s success Promotes and markets company s truck inventory Ensures equipment is correctly delivered and meets all conditions of sale Provides customer with demonstration of all vehicle controls, options and features Other duties as assigned to meet business requirements
