Job Description Northern Light Home Care and Hospice Department: Hospice - South Position is located: VNA South Portland Work Type: PRN FTE: 0.0001 - Per Diem Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Summary: The Homemaker is responsible for providing assistance with Activities of Daily (ADL’s) Living and Instrumental Activities (IADL’s) of Daily Living to a designated group of patients in their homes as directed. The incumbent is responsible for para-professional aspects of care and patient safety. The Homemaker collaborates with the department leadership and other assigned patient care staff. Performance reflects the mission and values of Home Care & Hospice.
