Digital Content Operations Administrator

Location : This position will work a hybrid model (in office 1-2 days a week) and the ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations listed on this requisition.

National Government Services is a proud member of Elevance Health's family of brands. We administer government contracts for Medicare and partner with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to transform federal health programs.

The Digital Content Operations Administrator is responsible for supporting Digital Content Managers and Strategists with day-to-day management and trafficking of content workflow. Performs lights-on content maintenance and contributes content to Elevance Health digital properties.

How you will make impact:

• Works with respective business partners to understand their objectives and come up with optimized solutions leveraging a content management system (CMS).

• Contributes content to WCS, Elevance Health enterprise content management system.

• Ensures content on Elevance Health digital properties meets Elevance Health standards for digital content and that is grammatically correct and aligned to Elevance Health brand voice and tone.

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires a BA/BS degree and minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital content contribution to a CMS; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

• This position is part of our NGS (National Government Services) division which, per CMS TDL 190275, requires foreign national applicants to meet the residency requirement of living in the United States for at least three of the past five years.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Capabilities:

• Strong preference for experience in HTML coding.

• Strongly prefer experience with Liferay Portal or similar content management systems.

• Strong preference for familiarity with MailChimp or other email communication/ListServ platforms.

• Strongly prefer knowledge of 508 Remediation.

• Strong preference for experience using Adobe Acrobat Pro.

• Proficiency in proofreading and editing content is preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the locations below, the salary* range for this specific position is $62,720 to $98,724.
