Description We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our team in the tech industry, based in South Plainfield, New Jersey. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for various IT tasks, including developing new software, improving existing programs, and resolving technical issues. Your role will also require you to work closely with the IT team to meet their requirements and assist in various other tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new software programs using JavaScript and other relevant languages.

• Work on improving the performance of existing software by identifying and fixing bugs.

• Design and update software databases to ensure data integrity and security.

• Conduct regular testing of software products to maintain functionality and optimization.

• Collaborate with the IT team to understand and meet their software needs.

• Play a significant role in building reports and scripts as needed.

• Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.

• Utilize Atlassian Jira, GitHub, and other tools for backend development and bug tracking.

• Employ skills in Agile Scrum, Ajax, and API Development for efficient project management.

• Work with ASP.NET and other technologies for robust backend development. Requirements • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira for efficient project management and coordination

• Strong experience in Backend Development to ensure smooth application operations

• Familiarity with Bug Tracking to maintain the quality of software applications

• Proficient in C++ for efficient coding and programming tasks

• Ability to use GitHub for version control and collaboration

• Knowledge of AB Testing to optimize user experience and conversion rates

• Experience in Agile Scrum methodology to manage and control software and product development

• Proficiency in Ajax for creating asynchronous web applications

• Strong experience in API Development to link different software components
