Momentum Solar is currently seeking Call Center Retention Specialists for our growing team. How You Will Contribute
· Utilize retention strategies to retain customers.
· Manage incoming calls and emails and handle appropriate follow-up calls and emails.
· Demonstrate the value of solar energy to our customers every day by providing amazing customer support.
· Demonstrate deep product and industry knowledge.
· 1-2 years of sales, customer support, call center, customer success experience preferred.
· A positive, polite, confident, sincere and friendly disposition.
· The ability to solve problems & to think dynamically and critically.
· Flexible schedule, weekends are optional.
