Job Title: General Laborer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our team. This role involves knocking off excess metal and castings from finished parts and sorting the cleaned parts into different bins. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently and have relevant experience in a foundry or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Knock off excess metal and castings from finished parts.

• Clean and sort parts into different bins.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow safety protocols and guidelines.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of consistent work history.

• 2+ years of experience working in a foundry environment or similar (forge, metals, construction).

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with general labor tasks.

• Ability to work effectively in a team.

• Strong attention to detail.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.73 - $23.87
