Randstad's client, a global wealth management and investment firm has a need for an Operations suppoert rep to work in their Retirement Services Team assisting with customers with inquiries regarding their IRAS. CAndidates for this role must have attention to detai, ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

salary: $23.99 - $24 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective relationships in order to deliver world class service to our clients.

• Handle incoming phone calls from financial advisors and branch employees related to Retirement Services.

• Utilize various internal and external resources and tools to provide information and resolve issues.

• Follow established procedures to route processing requests to the appropriate processing teams and to escalate inquiries for further research.

• Meet team and department service goals as established by MSSN management.
