Shifts: Mon - Fri 8am to 4pm. Full or part time. (Complete 8 hour shift for part time your choice of days.)
General Responsibilities:
Interact with each individual to build rapport
Plan and participate in activities
Provide support with social and life skills
Assist in maintaining a clean environment
Complete daily documentation
Assist individuals with hygiene or eating
General Requirements:
Willingness to submit to and pass a Utah background check and drug screen
Aptitude to laugh
Utah Drivers License
Paid training is provided
