As a Member Service Representative you will Work with members to complete transactions (i.e. deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers) including cash handling. Help advise members on products and services that may be beneficial to their current financial situation. Count, receive, and distribute cash. In this role, you will get to provide guidance and help to our members meet their financial goals. The team is a fun supportive group, and your manager promotes growth within the team by providing hands-on coaching and training. Qualifications Our ideal candidate will bring to the team 1 year of customer service experience Sales and cash handling experience preferred High School Diploma or equivalent This position requires physical, in-person, face-to-face interaction.
