• Manage the company’s database and software systems by regularly testing programs or making necessary updates and upgrades.• Design and modify database structure to ensure all EBIN’s business functions (e.g., purchase, sales, inventory management, distribution, etc.) are reflected in the database.• Define and regulate user authority and restrictions to each level of database for all employees.• Acquire data by monitoring the database server and detect any errors or modifications that might be needed to improve the usability.• Enforce safety measures and devise a security system to ensure the protection of company data and files from unauthorized usage or encryption from a third party.• Archive backup and recovery of database information.
