Shipping & Receiving Supervisor - $25 P/H

What will you be doing?

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the department.

• Oversee the receiving process, including unloading, inspecting, and storing incoming shipments.

• Oversee the shipping process, including staging, loading, and reviewing sales order to ensure accuracy.

• Ensure accuracy in receiving documentation and maintain proper inventory records.

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to incoming shipments.

• Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment.

• Train and develop team members on proper receiving procedures and best practices.

• Monitor productivity levels and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

• Maintain a clean and organized receiving area.

What do you bring?

• 4 years of experience in supervision.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving processes and inventory control.

• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and manage workflows.

• Experience with e-commerce fulfillment is preferred.

• Ability to perform heavy lifting and handle materials safely.
