Aston Carter Customer Service Representative in South Easton, Massachusetts

Job Title: Customer Service RepresentativeJob Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. • Resolve customer complaints by clarifying issues, determining the cause of problems, and offering the best solution. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. • Coordinate with other departments (sales, service, and parts) to ensure seamless customer service. • Identify and escalate issues to management as necessary for further investigation and resolution. • Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure timely resolutions and customer satisfaction.

Hard Skills

  • Experience handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment

Soft Skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work well both independently and in a team setting

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in South Easton, Massachusetts.

Work Environment

This job operates primarily in an office environment on the company site with some interaction with a warehouse/shipping department.
