Our client is seeking a dedicated, experienced individual to join our team and provide top-notch building maintenance for our commercial properties. Key Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Performing exterior painting and pressure washing

  • Conducting concrete repairs

  • Maintain landscaping, including mowing, trimming, and ensuring overall curb appeal

  • Handling debris pick-up and removal

  • Repairing fences

  • Patching drywall

  • Communicating effectively with vendors, residents, and other external parties

  • Driving a work vehicle to various locations, including out-of-state properties

  • Maintaining accurate web-based timecards for billing and payroll

  • Updating our web-based work order system with job details

  • Participating in our On-Call rotation

  • Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly and efficiently

  • Undertaking other maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience in building maintenance or related field

  • A personal set of general tools

  • The ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Excellent manual dexterity, eye-hand coordination, and balance

  • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
