Description We are seeking a diligent Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team in Sonoma, California. In this role, you will be responsible for digitizing employee records, managing training calendars, and ensuring that all HR-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Digitize and manage employee records using ADP system and ensure their accuracy

• Maintain and update a comprehensive spreadsheet of the training calendar, highlighting missing training sessions for employees

• Conduct background checks as part of the employee onboarding process

• Utilize HRMS and Ceridian to manage HR-related tasks and functions

• Implement auditing processes to ensure the accuracy of HR records

• Use the About Time system for efficient time tracking and management

• Attend to customer service duties by resolving HR-related inquiries from employees

• Use ATS (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) for managing HR tasks and streamlining processes

• Perform other HR duties such as managing benefit functions and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations

• Use ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing and other HR management tasks Requirements • Proven experience in ADP - Financial Services or similar HR financial services

• Knowledge and proficiency in ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience with Ceridian HRMS software

• Proficiency in using About Time for time tracking and project management

• Understanding of HR auditing processes

• Experience in conducting background checks

• Knowledge of HR benefit functions and processes

• Strong customer service skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
