Work under this contract will consist of thinning, weeding (using a long-handled hoe), and hoeing fields, harvesting various row crop vegetables such as Iceberg Lettuce, Romaine Lettuce, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Napa Cabbage, bok choy, Celery, and Brussels sprouts, and\ irrigating fields.
