The EADS Group, Inc. Department Assistant in Somerset, Pennsylvania

The EADS Group, Inc. is accepting applications for a full-time Department Assistant located in our Somerset, PA Office. The position will provide general office and administrative support to our employees, with an emphasis to our Survey Department staff. Responsibilities include general clerical support including producing letters, memos spreadsheets, charts and graphs as needed for project assistance, invoicing, maintaining department project files and assist with compiling reports, operating standard business equipment, including copiers, fax machines and postage meters.

The preferred candidate will have a minimum of a two-year business-related degree and two years of office experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The successful candidate must possess strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Candidates must be reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess excellent organizational skills.
