This is a full-time, remote , salaried position: Monday – Friday, 1st shift.

Our Somerset location is the corporate headquarters for Catalent Pharma Solutions. This location houses our state-of-the-art laboratory, clinical, commercial manufacturing plant for oral dose forms in addition to being the Center of Excellence for Highly Potent Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (https://www.catalent.com/oral-dose/highly-potent-active-pharmaceutical-ingredients/) .

The Senior Manager, Global Process Owner, Order to Cash is the Global subject matter expert on the process for which they are responsible. The Senior Manager, Global Process Owner, Order to Cash will establish the long-term strategy for the process with the appropriate VP’s of Finance. They will create action plans to meet that strategy and work toward it with each site FD and staff. This requires that the GPO meet with each site, process map the process with the site and work with them to improve accuracy and efficiency throughout. Key performance metrics will be established for each site and monitored for progress. The Senior Manager, Global Process Owner, Order to Cash will assist sites in designing, testing, and implementing improvement solutions to achieve desired improvements in metrics. The Senior Manager, Global Process Owner, Order to Cash will facilitate the exchange of information between sites helping to share best practices. The Senior Manager, Global Process Owner, Order to Cash will prepare and present the annual process plan with monthly milestones and monthly report of process changes; and take personal ownership of processes and outcomes, monitor performance, and ensure that process stakeholders/ sites accept responsibility for outcomes. Although the Senior Manager, Global Process Owner, Order to Cash has no direct reports, they will communicate and coordinate with area VPs and engage with site FDs and local teams to enact change.

The Role:

  • Participate in the design meetings for new conversions with focus on efficiency and internal control

  • Attend regularly scheduled project meetings to assess progress and ascertain if the project is on track

  • Support the sites in go-live and post-go live helping to address issues

  • Routinely meet with Global IT ERP team to assurance alignment and priority

  • Work with the external partner team directly to understand the focus and delivery on projects

  • Work with enhancement teams for all systems made up of site and corporate representatives to assist in prioritization and communication of the enhancement workload and key projects in scope

  • Facilitate the exchange of information between sites helping to share best practices

  • Drive scalable, effective, and efficient finance processes across geographies and businesses

  • 20% annual travel expectations (globally)

  • Other duties as assigned

The Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or IT Systems, preferred; High School diploma, required

  • Minimum 10+ years related experience, required

  • CPA or equivalent, preferred

  • ERP transactional experience, preferred

  • Solid understanding of US GAAP and IFRS requirements for assigned process

  • Experience in the end-to-end process area with significant experience in process management

  • Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 pounds

The an ticipated salary range for this position in Maryland is $138,900 - $243,100, pl us bonus, when eligible.he final salary offered to a successful candidate may vary, and will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, skillset, education, business needs, etc. Catalent is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
