Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description:

• We are seeking a skilled Industrial Mechanic to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment such as motors, conveyor systems, PLC Programs, Blow Mold Machines, Injection Mold Machines, Material Handling Equipment, AC/DC drives, Lighting Systems, Blending/Mixing Systems, and more.

• You will be responsible for optimizing equipment efficiency, reducing downtime, and ensuring quality and safety.

• The role involves reading blueprints and technical manuals, performing equipment and mold changes, and conducting preventive maintenance.

• You will also be involved in new equipment installations and overhauls, and provide training and mentoring to new hires or lower-level maintenance staff.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment.

• Optimize equipment efficiency, reduce downtime, and ensure quality and safety.

• Read blueprints and technical manuals.

• Perform equipment changes, mold changes, and setups.

• Repair, replace, and adjust electrical or mechanical parts in machines and equipment.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and repair on hydraulic equipment, electrical and mechanical components, blow mold machines, and conveyor systems.

• Install new equipment and overhaul machines when necessary.

• Respond to maintenance issues from operators, packers, quality assurance, and plant supervision.

• Train, instruct, and mentor new hires or lower-level maintenance staff.

• Manage pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, sensors, bearings, air pressure equipment, drives, valves, AC/DC, cylinders, pumps, various shafts, and other secondary equipment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $36.00
