LifePoint Health Medical Resident 1-IM Residency Program-FT-(Days) in Somerset, Kentucky
Under supervision of a licensed, practicing physician with medical staff privileges, observes and provides medical services within scope of practice to patients in an assigned area.
Minimum EducationGraduate from a school of medicine or examinations required to achieve Kentucky physician licensure.
Required SkillsCertifications:1. Current American Heart Association BLS certification obtained within 30 days.2. Current American Heart Association ACLS certification obtained within 30 days.3. Current American Heart Association PALS Certification obtained within 90 days. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Language Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
