Description We are in the manufacturing industry located in SOLON, Ohio, and we are currently seeking an IT Operations Manager. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing electronic data interchange (EDI), integrating with third-party logistics (3PL) and Ecommerce marketplaces, and providing general SAP ERP support.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee EDI onboarding, troubleshooting and error resolution, collaborating with external providers.

• Coordinate with external developers and internal cross-functional teams on the design, development, testing, debugging and implementation of 3PL and Ecommerce marketplace integrations.

• Monitor integration transactions and communication, troubleshoot, triage, and resolve errors.

• Work on the optimization of parcel shipping applications to increase efficiency and enable Canadian shipments.

• Handle other ERP related projects.

• Provide general support and documentation for SAP ByDesign ERP system.

• Work on the integration of new EDI documents with SAP ERP.

• Manage B2B and B2C markets and the distribution of products in over 60 countries.

• Respond quickly to new customer requirements, marketplaces, and supply chain requirements.

• Utilize skills in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, SAP Business ByDesign, EDI - Electronic Data Interchange, SAP integrations, e-Commerce. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry

• Extensive knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems

• Proficiency in SAP Business ByDesign

• Experienced in EDI - Electronic Data Interchange

• Demonstrated ability in SAP integrations

• Familiarity with e-Commerce platforms

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field is preferred

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Strong project management skills and ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
