ManpowerGroup Financial Analyst Associate in Solon, Ohio
Our client is seeking an Associate Financial Analyst to join their team. As an Associate Financial Analyst, you will be part of the finance department supporting the Professional business. The ideal candidate will have the ability to influence business decisions, resolve conflicts, work independently, and communicate effectively.
Job Title: Financial Analyst Associate
Location: Solon, OH (Onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays; Mondays and Fridays are remote)
What's the Job?
Actively manage trade-related deductions/claims
Clear exceptions related to trade deductions/claims while driving change within the customer base to improve accuracy of deductions/claims
Collaborate and communicate across multiple functions throughout the organization to promote alignment and get results
Lead workload in an environment of significant priorities to support and guide timely and sound business decisions
Drive backup of deduction for management within internal system
What's Needed?
BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting, required
Proficiency in English
Work experience in accounting, financial or sales trade analysis
Excel experience
Ability to influence business decisions with concrete financial support
