What We Offer: Health benefits, including telehealth medical services, Dental & Vision Life, AD&D & Disability (paid for by the company) 401K with a company match Essential Duties: Processes government invoices in WAWF, or VIMS and Commercial Invoices to customer within one day of invoicing through SAP, maximum 3 days from shipment Deposit/cash application of payments received from customers Backup for weekly cash forecast/reporting Collections: Monitors AR report on a weekly basis and follow-up ensuring customers are not in arrears, credits are cleared and small balances reviewed for adjustment Files invoices, paid statements, contracts and payments on a daily basis Processes all month end activity in accordance with closing schedule Education/Experience/Other Skills & Abilities: Associates degree in Accounting or equivalent experience Three years of general accounting experience and proficiency with accounting applications Experience in invoicing, cash application and collections Government defense background preferred SAP experience preferred This position requires access to or use of export-controlled technical data or technology controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
