Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Cell Therapy Operations and Account Manager (CTOAM) plays a critical role in the commercial success of BMS’s innovative cellular therapies by coordinating the country-wide management of the onboarding of CAR T centers in Nordic as well as continuous update of their capabilities according to state-of-the-art standards.

Develop and implement account plans of CAR T treaters as well as the key referrers and giving input to the cross-functional development of the Nordic brand strategies.

CAR T Site Onboarding and Capacity Updates:

Coordinate site-specific onboarding for Nordic centers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and site stakeholders.

Maintain communication with CAR T site stakeholders.

Manage contracts within regulatory guidelines.

Operational Excellence:

Ensure alignment of activities across medical, marketing, and the extended cross functional functions.

Implement brand messages and tactics for optimal patient outcomes.

Enhance operational excellence and innovation.

Collaborate closely with CAR T centers on slot availability and demand.

Monitor brand success and customer satisfaction.

Key Account & Referrer Management:

Develop a strategic plan for CT treaters and referrers.

Conduct educational events and monitor competitors' activities.

Maintain cross-functional alignment with Medical, Marketing & the extended cross functional functions.

Manage national sales and market share targets.

Coordinate key projects in the territory.

Affiliate CT Strategy:

Support CAR T Lead in defining affiliate-specific CAR T strategy.

Understand hematology trends for the Nordic strategy.

Gather insights for safe and effective administration of BMS's cell therapies.

Demand Planning:

Gather insights for accurate demand planning.

Support internal budget and forecasting.

Identify and address capacity constraints.

Core Qualifications:

  • Multiple years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry experience.

  • Fluency in at least one Nordic language and English.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

  • Understanding of healthcare provider organizations and market dynamics.

  • Thorough knowledge of the hematology market.

  • Compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
