The Oracle NetSuite Sales Development Organisation

The Sales Development Organisation provides Sales Development Representatives with a hands-on experience qualifying leads while building product knowledge and developing fundamental sales skills. Within this role, SDRs get the best of both worlds – training and autonomy. The SDR role provides an unmissable, hands-on learning opportunity that will allow them to contribute to our ongoing success.

We are looking to hire our next superstar Regional Director to help us continue to accelerate our YoY growth through revenue generation. This Regional Director will coach and develop their management and SDRs, support the sales leadership in the region to meet targets, and work with recruiting to hit annual hiring goals.

As such this senior position requires a strong, hands-on leader who has experience in inside sales or SDR programs and strong analytical skills. Extensive management experience is essential. They will also have significant experience engaging with sales leaders over their sales execution strategy and how their SDRs can accelerate achievement of this.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

  • Setting expectations with senior sales management through timely and accurate forecasting, pipeline and sales activity/program metrics reporting

  • Motivating individuals to succeed through impassioned leadership, coaching, creative sales incentives, and broadcast of results

  • Developing plans to foster a competitive and collaborative team environment

  • Driving program and participant success; investing in the success of the team and going above and beyond to mentor a team of individuals

  • Owning the recruiting process for future SDRs and management

  • Refining and critiquing processes and ensuring adherence within the team and with stakeholders

  • Creating and developing programs and campaigns in conjunction with Sales - should be able to execute programs and campaigns with limited guidance

  • Managing day-to-day activities of the team

  • Serving as an active coach through feedback sessions

  • Preparing SDRs for regular reviews with the NetSuite senior management team

  • Acquiring and maintaining a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of NetSuite's service offerings

  • Collaborating with peers globally

Minimum Qualifications

  • Native level of Swedish + fluency in English (additional languages advantageous)

  • Strong background in sales development, inside sales and/or sales management required, second-line management experience an advantage

  • Intelligent, motivated and competitive with a “roll-up-the-sleeves” and “get the job done” attitude

  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (outgoing and personable)

  • Experience engaging with sales over revenue strategy and creating alignment and campaigns to accelerate their achievement of goals

  • Inspires a team focused, collaborative and positive environment

  • Passion for coaching and mentoring emerging sales talent

  • Experience giving both positive and constructive feedback

  • Completely invested in driving both individual contributor and team success

  • Desire to work in tech industry with a growing company

  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills

  • Focused on driving a team to collective lead generation quotas/goals

  • Ability to create and track individual and team metrics

  • Creative self-starter

  • University degree required
