We are looking for a Team Manager to join our team!

On this role you will be responsible for the overall performance management and employee development of the dedicated group; also responsible for service delivery and optimization of the operations of dedicated group by fulfilling the set targets related to utilization and customer satisfaction.

How you'll make your mark:

  • Create a working environment within the dedicated group, that is conducive to individual growth, high performance, and is challenging and rewarding

  • Responsible for hiring and onboarding of employees from the dedicated group

  • Define performance goals and measures for the dedicated group

  • Ensure employees from team understand how their performance is measured

  • Lead career discussions with the employees and supports career and individual development

  • Take decisions and communicates ratings and total rewards to employees

  • Retain and develop talents

  • Responsible for the service delivery and optimization within the dedicated group

  • Responsible for achieving the performance, quality and efficiency targets of the dedicated group

  • Responsible for service transformation

  • Ensure that appropriate processes and tools are leveraged to manage and optimize operational performance

    About you:

  • Bachelor/Master degree

  • 1+ years of experience in people management role

  • 1.5+ year experience in a subject matter expert role is an advantage

  • Fluent in written and verbal English

  • Fluency in German language is an advantage

  • PC Knowledge: MS SharePoint II; MS Excel II; MS PowerPoint III

  • Knowledge in the respective sub team related tools

  • ITIL v3 Foundations is an advantage

  • Tactical planning and tracking

  • Excellent business acumen

  • Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills
