We are seeking an experienced and motivated Scrum Master to join our team. What you'll do:

  • Serve as the Scrum Master for our large Edge LM development team. Guide and coach the development team on Agile principles and best practices, providing support and guidance as they work to continuously improve their processes.

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Ensure the team follows Agile processes and practices to deliver high-quality products.

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing environment within the development team, encouraging effective communication and teamwork.

  • Identify and facilitate the resolution of any impediments or issues that may impact the team's ability to deliver high-quality products within the sprint.

  • Track and report on sprint progress, team velocity, and other key metrics, providing visibility into the team's performance.

  • Coordinate with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure it is well-defined and prioritized.

  • Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Monitor project progress, identify and resolve impediments, and ensure timely delivery of sprints.

  • Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure alignment and support for the team's work.

  • Actively contribute to the ongoing improvement of Agile processes and practices within the development team. Implement metrics to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of Agile processes, sprint plans, and retrospectives.

What you bring:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing Agile projects and delivering high-quality software solutions.

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is preffered.

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve impediments and continuously improve Agile processes

  • Excellent leadership, facilitation, and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards high performance.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and other teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira).

  • Technical knowledge and previous experience in software development or related technical fields is a plus

  • Understanding of product standards and quality assurance processes is a plus

  • Fluency in English
