The development center of SAP in Bulgaria plays a key role in the defining and developing of the SAP Business Technology Platform. Meet your team

Our mission is to provide enablement and guidance for all SAP IT development teams, working on BTP.

This includes the Governance and Operations of all SAP BTP environments as well as central tools, strategic services, and applications.

The position can be filled as part time position.

Summary of the role:

We are looking for an experienced DevSecOps Engineer that will help us build the backbone CI / CD service for internal BTP apps used across SAP.

Our internal CI / CD offering is used by more that 800 applications and follows a black box approach in which the developers only need to provide their git repository.

This system needs to be extended and maintained for more use cases and other scenarios.

The Role:

As a Senior in our team you will build, extend, and maintain complex systems which are both based and interact with the BTP.

The solution is the CI / CD solution for internal Apps used across SAP, therefore you will also interact with a variety of internal stakeholders in addition to your development work.

What you bring

• For the next large project of our team, we are looking for a candidate that has a strong knowledge in BTP runtimes and concepts.

• Ideally you already have experience with the development of Cloud APIs and in the creation and maintenance of a complex system.

• You should have experience with CI / CD infrastructure and how to handle and maintain it.

• We work in a DevOps model; therefore, it is key that you know the concepts around DevOps and how to operate a complex technical system.

• In addition, you should already have experience with Kubernetes and the development of Operators.
