What We're Looking For:

Tech Enthusiast: Passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Java, Netty, Docker, Kubernetes, Istio, Envoy, and Bash.

Network Knowledge: Eager to gain or deepen knowledge in low-level networking, TCP/IP protocols, and network troubleshooting.

Cloud and Scale Expertise: Strong background in cloud-native technologies, high-scale computing, distributed systems, and resilient microservice architecture.

Async Programming Savvy: Skilled in non-blocking and asynchronous programming frameworks.

Full Lifecycle Participation: Enthusiastic about engaging in all phases of software development and delivery, from research and prototyping to design, implementation, testing, deployment, support, and operations.

Innovative Builder: Enjoys creating new features and enhancing existing ones to meet stakeholder demands.

Quality Advocate: Dedicated to adhering to industry best practices and maintaining high standards for code quality.

Continuous Improver: Committed to ongoing improvement for personal growth, team dynamics, and service delivery.

Education and Qualifications:

Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience.

Education: University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Learner: Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies, concepts, and tools.

Self-Starter: Excellent self-organization and time management skills, with the ability to drive topics independently.

Results-Oriented: High productivity and a strong drive for results, with reliability in meeting deadlines and commitments.

Team Player: Ability to generate and share ideas with team members, offering insightful and pragmatic solutions, and convincingly selling those ideas.

Mentor: Strong coaching and mentoring skills.

Communicator: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Linguist: Fluency in English.
