Siemens Bulgaria is searching for a Building Technology Superstar.

Are you ready to make buildings smarter, safer, and way cooler? We’re looking for a sales superhero who can turn ideas into reality faster than you can say "building technology."

You’ll be the glue between clients and crazy-cool tech. Think you can handle the heat? Prove it!

Your mission:

• Unearth and develop killer business opportunities in building tech

• Champion Siemens as the top choice for tech-savvy solutions

• Cultivate strong, lasting bonds with investors, consultants, and architects

• Lead the charge in sales meetings with bigwigs in the building sector

• Snag market share by uncovering fresh leads and customer goldmines

• Keep our CRM sizzling with up-to-date customer and project intel

• Whip up compelling presentations, tech specs, and irresistible proposals

• Team up with industry players to create unbeatable sales pitches

Your Superpowers:

• Brains are a Must: We’re talking degrees in engineering or economics.

• Sales Savvy: At least three years of experience in building tech sales is a must. Bonus points if you’ve wrangled contractors and architects before.

• Relationship Ninja: You’ve got to be able to charm a snake out of a tree. We need a person skilled in building long-term customer relationships.

• Tech Whisperer: If you can explain HVAC systems to a five-year-old, you’re halfway there. Knowledge of fire safety is also a plus, because who doesn’t love a good fire safety story?

• People Person: Building lasting relationships should be your hobby. We need someone who can turn clients into raving fans.

• Event Planner Extraordinaire: You can juggle spreadsheets, design flyers, and network like a pro.

• Road Warrior: You don’t mind hopping on a plane or train to the beautiful Bulgarian countryside to seal a deal
