As a Revenue Growth Manager with commercial expertise, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and optimizing investments. This role requires a unique combination of knowledge and skills, including assortment and channel mix optimization, promo efficiency analysis, price pack architecture, smart pricing, trade investment optimization, end-to-end thinking and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.

You will align various departments and functions within the organization to achieve revenue targets while maintaining a cohesive and efficient business strategy.

How you will contribute

You will:

1.    Identify end to end initiatives to drive sustainable growth through different levers and enablers.

2.    Assortment Mix Optimization:

      •     Analyze product offerings and optimize product assortments to meet customer demand and maximize sales and profitability.

3.    Promo Efficiency Analysis:

      •     Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and make data-driven recommendations to enhance their efficiency.

4.    Price Pack Architecture:

      •     Create and maintain pricing structures that maximize profitability while satisfying customer expectations.

5.    Smart Pricing:

      •     Implement intelligent pricing strategies that adapt to market dynamics and customer behavior.

6.    End-to-End Planning Tool Launch:

      •     Lead the launch of end-to-end planning tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

7.    Data Analysis:

      •     Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions, measure performance, and provide regular reports on revenue growth initiatives.

      •     Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly.

8.    Team Collaboration:

      •     Foster collaboration and open communication among various teams and departments to ensure alignment with revenue growth goals.

      •     Provide training and guidance to team members on RGM best practices.

9.    Financial Planning and Analysis:

      •     Work closely with the finance department to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure financial targets are met.

 10.   Market Research:

      •     Stay updated on industry trends, customer and consumer/shopper preferences, and emerging technologies to anticipate market changes and adjust strategies accordingly.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in FMCG environment, in the fields of revenue management, Sales/customer management, category growth/marketing, commercial finance and category planning a distinct advantage (min 5 years of commercial experience)

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

  • Strategic thinking

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.

  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
