You play an important role in the department, maintaining systems and performing tasks and activities that support our continuous improvement (CI) processes and culture. You help with data collection, ensure its accuracy, promote CI progress and keep track of the department KPI scorecards.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Deliver metrics and dashboards for tracking and managing supply chain performance.

• Collect, consolidate and analyze datasets necessary for decisions using actionable insights

• Support creation of appropriate reporting with company tools – BW, Power BI

• Facilitate root-cause analysis to address identified losses and departmental KPI scorecard gaps

• Develop SOPs and work instructions for new and/or improved processes

• Train and qualify colleagues on CI tools and new work standards resulting from CI activities

• Communicate, align and collaborate with Supply Chain stakeholders on creation of new reports and maximizing value of existing.

• Mastery of Excel and other data analytics tools

• Logical and structured thinking to extract insights from data

• Strong facilitation and communication skills to support team discussions on CI activities

• Team player, accountable, proactive thinking, flexibility

More about this role

What you need to know about this position: Prepare and update regular and ad hoc reports across entire MEU CSL community, to ensure all stakeholders have the right information at the right time.

Testing/Support technology and business teams during new implementations/system upgrades.

What extra ingredients you will bring:

Education / Certifications:

• University degree;

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) and Power BI (optional);

• Fluent in English
