For our Purchase2Pay (P2P) team we are looking for Junior Accounting Clerk with German for an Entry Level position in our existing team. Don't have previous experience? That's OK! - we will train and provide you with all the necessary skills and knowledge to create a better #TomorrowWithUs .

Your daily responsibilities will include the following:

  • Processing of incoming invoices

  • Performing other activities connected with the process - checking data correctness, creating reports, closing activities

  • Regular communication with suppliers or internal customers

Already intrigued? Here's what you should bring to the table for a successful application:

  • High school or University degree preferably in Economics, Finance, or Accounting

  • Fluency in German on B2 level , English language knowledge is an advantage

  • Experience with accounts payable/purchase-to-pay process is an advantage

  • User knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)

  • Customer-focused with good communication skills and proactive behavior

  • Responsible person with attention to details

  • Ability to work in a virtual team

  • Desire to learn new activities and develop in the field of automation and digitalization
