We are looking for anActuarial Managerto join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic insights to support business initiatives and goals. A deep understanding of actuarial science, regulatory requirements, and exceptional leadership skills are a must. Located at the intersecting points of Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota, South Sioux City is the home of our corporate headquarters. Responsibilities include:

• Manage all pricing activities for the organization.
• Apply appropriate techniques and theories of Actuarial Science to assist the company in meeting long-term goals for Growth, Profit, and Service.
• Manage overall operations associated with forms/rules development and compliance and rate/rule/form filing.
• Communicate and drive change with business partners across the organization.
• Explore and develop new products and services in collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications:

• ACAS or FCAS designation required.
• Sound actuarial skills gained from years of experience in a technical role.
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to and interact with all levels of business professionals.
• The desire to dive into business goals and begin making immediate contributions.
