Full Features Nursery Inc. Landscape Foreman in Smithville, Missouri
Compensation: Based upon experience/ Hourly - Full time 30+ hrs/week We are a full service located in and serving the greater Kansas City Northland Area. This position is focused on landscape /hardscape installation with an individual to lead / install landscaping projects and facilitate projects in the field. This is NOT a mowing/maintenance position.
We are a small family owned company, that prides itself on our design and installation projects and we are very detail and customer oriented. Potential candidates MUST possess the following characteristics/skills:
- Good driving record and ability to get MO DOT physical (drug free).
- Currently have or obtain a Class E License. *Good customer service and friendly, positive attitude.
- Good Attendance and Punctuality a MUST. *Willingness to learn and hardworking. *Plant knowledge a plus. *Prior hardscape experience a Plus (We do a lot of hardscaping projects/walls, patios, etc) *Professional attitude in dealing with clients. *Ability to pay special attention to detail on the jobsite. *Foreman applicants must be able to operate all equipment and machinery
- Maintain schedules and complete projects within set time frames
- Must provide leadership and supervision to crews
