Come join our team of dedicated care givers. Overlooking beautiful Lake Sleepy Eye, Divine Providence Community Home is a 50 bed skilled nursing facility. The Dietary Manager supervises all dietary functions and personnel under the guidance of a Dietician. Schedules dietary work hours and assignments and reviews and checks work performance Checks inventory and orders food and supplies assuring proper storage and handling. Visits residents to do initial nutritional assessment and charts quarterly assessments. Maintains current plans of care for each resident including daily food intake records. Coordinates dietary services with nursing services and activities. Checks diet orders, processes diet orders or diet changes. Inspects dietary department regularly for temperatures, cleanliness and to ensure that safety and sanitary procedures are being followed.
