Role reports to: Chief Financial Officer

Location: Skillman, NJ Kenvues corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.

Travel %: 5%

Pay : $71,400 - $115,315.25

What you will do

The Senior Executive Assistant is responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer, including managing communications, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records. You will also collect and consolidate sensitive management data/reports and handle their distribution for internal and external stakeholders:

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain the CFOs complex business calendar, appointments and travel arrangements. This requires a strong prioritization and time management experience to ensure the Chief Financial Officer is prepared to execute, facilitate and orchestrate internal and external meetings.

  • Plans all travel arrangements for the Chief Financial Officer and others as needed and submits all expense reports on time.

  • Collaborates with the assistants of the Kenvue Leadership Team to synchronize calendars, travels and senior level meetings.

  • Manages very confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Organize and manage CFO Leadership Team meetings and related activities and the Chief

  • Financial Officer's other leadership activities.

  • Set up and coordinate luncheons, dinners, and meetings.

  • Works closely with HR to run Workday reports and prepare CFO and direct reports for Performance Calibration and YE procedures.

  • Creates and maintains tracking on purchase orders entered into Emarketplace

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

  • Act as a liaison between the office of the CFO and Investor Relations, more specifically with precise attention to detail on key timing of preparation of Quarterly Earnings to the CEO & CFO.

  • Assists in the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and analysis for the CFO.

  • Basic understanding of the financial calendar to ensure deadlines are met and meetings are scheduled appropriately around close and other timelines.

  • Develops and disseminates reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Meeting Coordination and Management:

  • Prepares the CFO for agenda items, meetings, and materials to ensure high level of preparedness and engagement.

  • Works extremely closely with the Corporate Secretarys office and Audit Committee, maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Serves as the key contact between certain board members and the CFO for critical meetings and engagements, always maintaining extreme professionalism.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Serves as a liaison to investors and senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts.

  • Acts as an integrator between the CFO, senior executives and various departments, ensuring clear communication and prompt issue resolution.

  • Assists in the onboarding of new executives and/or team members.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion across all interactions.

Project Management:

  • Takes on special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned with high attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.

  • Monitors project progress and provides regular update to the CFO and other stakeholders as required.

  • Assists in implementing and managing internal controls, policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of related experience in an executive support role, with a proven track record of success.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.

  • Ability to manage a highly complex business calendar

  • Experience organizing and maintaining confidential files and records

  • Experience coordinating travel arrangements and processing expense reports

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

  • Experience tracking action items and following up on activities of direct reports and other staff on behalf of the Chief Financial Officer

Desired Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of related experience in a senior executive assistant role

  • Excellent communication and delegation skills

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

  • Advanced problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality
